Hey Mickey, Your So Fine!

My little darling kitten (Mickey) had gotten lost whilst the neighbors were cleaning their garage with the main gate of the townhouse open. Mickey, being the sterotypical curious cat that he was, went sniffing around outside. Suffice it to say, I sorely missed him.

We have nine (9) cats in our household, five of those are infants (ten days old!), three of those are my kittens and one is their mother. Mickey was part of the second group and they lived in our garage. I was devastated last night upon going home not to find his purring self amongst his brother and sister. I checked EVERYWHERE. I even trekked as far as our community church to look for my handsome black and white kitten, but to no avail. Sleep came very, very late to me that night. I couldn't study. I couldn't eat. I was sick with worry. I prayed to the Kitty Gods to help Mickey survive the night, to guide his way back home.

Morning came and guess what Mickey left us on the townhouse driveway? Poop. It seems as if the Kitty Gods were smiling upon me! I have NEVER seen POOP with eyes full of HAPPINESS and JOY before. It was an obvious sign that Mickey tried to come back, but couldn't since the gate was closed and there was absolutely no way it. The POOP kept my hopes up.

The day at school distracted me well enough though- And I promise to blog about that later. *sigh*

As I was going home from school, I had the sudden... As Gui will put it, 'epiphany' to check outside the townhouse (not that I haven't given it a thorough sweep last night). Anyway, I got out of the car, and not five seconds into my search I heard the familiar yeowling. He wasn't meowing like he normally does. He was YEOWLING and SCREECHING for me to notice him. <33333

Little Mickey was perched on top of our neighbor's wall, just high enough for my super!extra!long!limbs to reach. <3333 It was the sweetest moment.
